    The power of garlic

Post  DopeMasterJFlow on Fri Aug 13, 2010 12:08 am

it seems appropriate to me that the first post in this category be about garlic.

Garlic makes almost all food taste better and when I see a recipe which calls for garlic, I will almost always add more than called for.

    Anyone else love garlic?

I don't think I've ever had anything that had too much garlic. I eat the shit straight up.

you can never have to much garlic, roasted garlic takes it to a whole new level, take a bulb cut the pointy half off, soak that beast in some olive oil and wrap in foil, bake for 30 mins. mash with butter and have yourself some noms

not to mention you can also throw some herbs in the foil as well, sage rosemary thyme even some basil, all good

Skip the butter. Just point to the opening of the bulb towards your mouth, squeeze, and enjoy!
